During and after his time in the Army, Greg faced challenges with depression and substance misuse, which often got him into trouble. He eventually sought treatment at a VA medical center, which he credits with saving his life. Receiving support from his wife and opening up about his challenges with a professional helped him find relief and a better path. Now sober, Greg is able to be present for the people and moments that matter to him.
